Hi, I am keen to develop a Nottingham depression support group:-having experienced depression myself and recovered from it - I would love to help others.
Hey everyone, This group is for anyone who is suffering with depression, anxiety and stress. I want people from all ages, all walks of life, both male and female to be able to come together and be able to share support, stories and basically help one another. With meet ups where we can all share support and events where we can go out and be sociable with each other once in a while, this will be a group that will help to support you through your depression. Do you fear you might be suffering from depression, anxiety, low confidence, loneliness, low self esteem ? Perhaps it's good to talk about it with others who have the same ? I am trying to persuade a psychologist or motivational speaker to attend each 'meet up' to help us understand more. Let's help each other !
