Hi everyone,
I'd be happy to consider starting one. Could all those interested respond here so that everyone in Calgary would know as to how many are interested. We'll meet over the weekend at eau Clair market. And Do Something that will help us loosen depression's grip on our lives. Sources such as www.cmha.ca ( Canadian Mental Health association) and the American counterpart, all emphasize the role of physical activity and healthy eating. If we are to help ourselves, doing it collectively shold be easier. Let me know Arif |

I would join if I could figure out how to join. What's the procedure exactly? A bit lost here...

John,
As u can see none other has shown interest yet. However in the meanwhile, I hope you are able to look into some great, no nonsense sites such as Canadian Mental Health association and Canadian Health Network, the latter you'd need to look under depression. They emphasize, sensibly, what a person can do without any professional help. These are physical activity, wholesome diet, managing stress. So I hope it helps - for now. Good luck. And, yes, don't give up. All good starts with teh first step that WE take! Arif |

I've moved out of Calgary.
