Running for Depression running Group
|
This is for people to get together and run!!! Run because it makes you feel good and run with people that you can relate to. Don't worry about your experience or fitness level, this is more about just getting out there than competition. It doesn't have to be a social thing or it can be. I just know that there are a lot of people out there that suffer the same as I do and could benefit from running with some good people. Please let me know if you're interested Thanks Kevin
