I will be working on the details. this will be a round-robin discussion. I prefer to go last in speaking. I'll have done research and my own techniques that have made me less foolish with compassion. The idea is not to turn non-compassionate but to keep it in perspective and balance.
This topic will be repeated for a different time for those who can not make it.
I'm working on real strategies ( step by step procedures) for dealing with users and oneself. I will not embrace the notion of total selfishness since there are many who do that better!
So get busy and and start thinking about how you feel you should handle

    I found the meeting helpful for my situation. I never would have attend with my fear of social situation. All the participants spoke in the time frame outline and their input was helpful to me. Ms. Delacroix was very helpful in guiding the session.

    A member decided to go off on a tangent,he felt that HE had the ability to Singley help another member. He continued to speak at length, out of turn and not follow the agenda. After asking him 3 times to keep to the meeting agenda he continued to argue. I politely asked him to leave.THAT is self-rightouesness that makes ones "kindness " destructive ! Please everyone lets follow the group rules No one should go off topic, please wait your turn,and try not to go beyond 5 minutes

    This is something I definitely need. It has been my lifelong problem. It has practically ruined my life. But as usual, I may have to work.
