About The NYC Find Happiness Through Mindful Self -Actualization

Here are some guiding principles for this group and this may be revised:
1. Meetings will be approx. 2 hrs.
2. The organizer will act primarily as moderator,but will also provide research and techniques.
3.Meetings should consist of the following:
a) Intro- state your first name and feel fre to state how you are doing
b) A Round Robin Discussion on
1)Meds 2) Environmental aspects 3)Self-help techniques that work and those that have not 4) Exercise,yoga,meditation,
dietary changes ie. alternative therapies and procedures
c) Presentation / demonstration either by organizer or members of a thought out strategy
4. H.W. assignment -either gathering information or trying a new routine in your life
5. Socializing time

Very Important; Principles and Policies are on the next page. All members must agree to them .All advertising of other Meet-Ups or any seminars,yoga schools,psychology groups or therapist Must be approved of by organizer.
